Today, we had a school activity, not inside our school but it was held in the park of Villa Scheibler. There are three schools who participated, all in elementary grades.

First stop: Magic and fun with Viky, the clown.

We were all eager to watch her tricks and listen to her funny stories.

Kids got a “gift” after the show. I asked for a “little rat” shaped balloon

Boys got their “sword balloons” and some girls “heart balloons”.

Second Stop: The Ambulance

I haven’t been inside an ambulance. The paramedics has shown us what’s inside, explain what they do, and we get to push that ambulance siren button, too.

Wearing a paramedics jacket. How cool is that?

Aside from coloring activity, the paramedics held a demonstration on how to take care or cure a simple injury.

Third Stop: Karate Class

This one has been tiring yet exciting! We had fun kicking and shouting. “Yaaah!”

Fourth Stop: Coloring/Drawing with the natural food colors

By natural means from the extracts of some fruits and vegetables. We used them in coloring or creating some arts. I made a flower with the heart-shaped petals out of Paprika (yellow flavoring).

Fifth Stop: Soccer!

I’m not a sportive type, but playing a bit of soccer is fun. We were divided in two teams: green and blue. I guess i had one goal. My mom got it on video.

It’s not a usual soccer game. It’s more about obstacle game

I think we were faster than the blue team

We were also given free snacks and some free time to play in the park during breaks. There will be an award for the most numerous participants, but i guess they will announce it on Monday. The committee have to control the list first.

Officially A Grade Schooler!

Proud pre schooler in black toga

I was actually chilling in the morning because i have a fever. I vomited twice, so my mom had to bring me back home from school. The graduation rites will be held in the afternoon, so mom decided she will bring me back to school before the ceremony. My temperature is 38.5°C and i can’t even eat.

But God has His wonderful touch and healed me, even for the ceremony. After some medicines my fever subsided enabling me to go to the school, participate at the ceremony and the program after it.

With my teachers
with Papi
with Mamma

I will surely miss my teachers and classmates. I have been in preschool for three years. I can’t wait to be in grade school and meet new friends/classmates and teachers. This is the start of a new journey.

A to Z!

You don’t just go to school.

School Party

Our party was postponed 1 week ago because of the rain. And i guess helding it in our school park didn’t help us kids so much. The temperature raised up to 42°C yesterday.
I wonder how some kids cope with that. We are all bathing in our own sweats!
Anyway, here are some fotos mom captured,
while she’s constantly telling me to leave my teacher’s arms
and participate.

Visitors are limited to 2 adults only.
My grandma Esther & Mom attended.
It was a very hot afternoon indeed and the sun is “killing” us.
I didn’t want to sit down and burn my butts.

All the 5 year olds who are bidding “goodbye” to preschool.
Since i’m still 3, i will still stay here for 2 years.
Honestly, i didn’t care about the dance steps. i care more of the improvised paper pompoms.
Holding me in arms (all the time), teacher Elisa & my other teacher beside her, Cinzia.
It’s time for us to sing.
“So what!!!
I’m toasted here even with the tent.”
Poor teacher Elisa, i really didn’t want to go down. Mom is indicating me to go down and sing.
Actually i’m so sleepy at this moment.

Me and Erica
All adults have been preschoolers, not just to learn and develop, but to discover the word, FRIENDSHIP. Whether we like it or not, we all have to experience that process.
I got to bring home the pom poms at least!
1 more week of school and it’s vacation!
Hurrayyyyyyyy!!!!
